Steps for uploading Annual Property Return

Step 1: Go to http://ifs.nic.in and select ‘Immovable Property Return’ option.

Step 2: Select ‘IFS Officer’ from the dropdown menu.

step 3: Enter your User Id and Password (User Id and Password is the same as your Civil List & ER Sheet login credentials) and click ‘Login’ Button.

Step 4: You may change password by selecting the ‘Reset Password’ link.

Step 5: Click ‘Logout’ link to exit.
